Ian Gareth Jones and Phillip Arran collectively have over fifty years of experience in the entertainment industry. Their careers have taken them all over the world, in performing, creative and management roles. In the summer of 2023 Ian and Phillip met for the first time, in the rehearsal room for the 2023/24 UK/Ireland Tour of Sister Act the Musical. The pair became great mates – a good thing really, as they were pretty much to be dressing room buddies for the whole tour!

Fast forward to August 2024 and a discussion was had between the two, about setting up an agency. One where they could use their combined wealth of experience to nurture young talent new to the industry. To guide, advise and support them as they navigate uncertain territory of a very big pond. An agency that would welcome talent of an older generation that maybe had been forced to sidestep their careers, wanting to return but the industry now an unfamiliar place. These seeds were sewn and started to grow very quickly, much quicker than anticipated and with overwhelming interest and support.
